3. Account Registration

4. User Responsibilities

As a valued customer of Himalayan Host, you agree to:

• Refrain from using our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Avoid activities that disrupt or interfere with our services.
• Keep your account information current and secure.
• You are responsible for creating and maintaining backup copies of your website, content, email messages, SQL databases, and other essential data. Himalayan Host offers a complimentary backup service for all accounts on Shared Hosting, Cloud Hosting, and Reseller Hosting plans, with backups retained for 15-30 days. However, please note that this automated backup service is not 100% guaranteed and may be subject to corruption or failure to restore. Additionally, this service is not available for VPS and Dedicated Hosting plans.
  
• Important: Himalayan Host will send email notifications as our primary method of informing you about important domain-related events, including but not limited to domain registration, renewal reminders, and expiration notices. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact email address is accurate, accessible, and regularly monitored to avoid service interruptions or domain loss.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Host, store, or distribute illegal or harmful content.
• Send unsolicited communications (spam) or engage in phishing.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
• Conduct activities that could harm or exploit minors.
• Interfere with the performance of our services or network.

6. Payment and Billing

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services in a timely manner.
• Payments are required in advance of the service period.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for non-payment.

7. Service Termination

Himalayan Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Non-payment of fees.
