Important: ICANN Policy Update
- The ICANN Registration Data Policy (RDP) changes went live on 21st August 2025.
- Some registries will now use THIN data models (we’ll handle this, no action required).
- The Organization field = legal owner if filled, otherwise the individual is considered the owner. This field will be redacted in WHOIS/RDAP by default, with an opt-in option for publishing.
- Note: The registrant organization is considered the Registered Name Holder.
